As the name suggests, this design is very much inspired by the king of the 1970s, Michael Peterson, and his fast-flowing, down the line style.

It’s a good all-round hull with the wide point back a little towards centre and pulled in nose template, making it easier to turn in beach and reef breaks and perfect in point peelers.

Best suited to waves in the 3’ to 6' range.

Length range: 6'0'' to 8'0''

Greg Liddle says:
“I have had many requests for shorter versions of the other outlines to accommodate those who are used to the smaller, narrower and thinner modern tri-fin surfboard.

This is an outline from the past, tweaked and refined to plane out easily in the small, less-powerful waves that are available in places like Southern California.”
