L-Spoon

$0.00

Greg Liddle's L-Spoon is influenced by the Yater Spoon yet slimmed down and more foiled in traditional Liddle fashion.

The outline of the L-Spoon has the wide point slightly lower than centre with a pulled in nose and a moderately narrow squash tail that gives the outline a nice amount of curvature towards the bottom half. The bottom is rolled all the way through the board with the contour flattening out towards the tail. The rails are soft and knifey, and there’s a slight step deck with a sweet spot magic rocker.

Turn from the hip, step forward and you are flying in trim!

Length range: Best between 9' and 10'.

Greg Liddle says:
“You couldn’t surf or build boards in California in the 1960s without being influenced by Rennie Yater - his Spoon design became a reference point for all of us.

My L-Spoon is obviously a tip of the hat to Rennie but incorporates decades of design refinements to deliver a Liddle experience. Fast and fun!”
